Join us for our fourth annual Community Giveaway! Church members and friends have donated slightly used clothing, toys, housewares, decor, and small furniture to be given away FREE to members of the community. We hope that community members who can benefit from these items will come shop with us. We have bags and boxes to hold your shopping selections!

Church members and others who have new or slightly used items to donate to the giveaway may drop off their items in the FBCDS Fellowship Hall on Thursday, October 23 between 3pm and 7pm or on Friday, October 24 between 9am and 5pm. Pearls of Wisdom is a mentoring program consisting of a multi-generational community of women building one on one relationships while also enjoying group fellowship and devotionals. Women of all ages are welcome to attend. This group meets on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month in Rm. 201.

Join us for our 4th annual Family Fall Fest in the backyard of FBC! This is a free event and open to the community. We will have bouncy houses, crafts, cake walk, dunk tank, petting zoo, corn hole, chili cook off, food, and lots of fun!!

The men's ministry meets on the first Saturday of each month at 8am in the church fellowship hall for breakfast, devotional, and a service project. All men are welcome to attend this monthly gathering! If you are unable to stay for the service project, please feel free to come for the breakfast and devotional portion only. Experience the truth of scripture and the power of prayer! Priscilla Shirer will lead us in three teaching sessions. Worship will be led by Anthony Evans. This is event is for women of all ages. Doors will open at 8:30am. Worship and the first session begin at 9am.

This celebration is for RISING Kinder-6th graders! Join us on the FBC campus Sunday, August 10th, after our worship service, from 12:30-2pm for a back-to-school celebration with pizza and games!

This series of events will be a casual time for completed 7th-12th graders to hang out with friends. Each night, someone (a saint) from our church will share a story that testifies to God’s work in their lives. The location will change each time. A student ministry parent meeting, for rising 7th-12th graders, will take place in the youth room on Sunday, August 3rd following the worship service. This will be an opportunity to reflect on what God has done in the group this summer and cast a vision for the upcoming semester.

The Men’s Ministry comes together on the first Saturday of each month to eat breakfast together, participate in a devotional, and take part in a community service project.

FBC student ministry will come together for a pool party, at Founders Memorial Pool, with other student ministries in the DS area. This is an excellent opportunity to come together with the broader church community before the start of the school year.

Play paintball with us against the Methodist and Presbyterian youth groups! The cost is $35 per student. Afterwards, we will eat lunch at Torchy's in Belterrra.
